Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. Your data will be removed within 30 days.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or any other reason at our sole discretion.
Effects of Termination
Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may delete your account data including chat history, favorites, and profile.

Data Retention
Chat conversations are retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted. Delete anytime via account settings.
All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Bali Estate Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Property images and descriptions may be provided by third-party agents and remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission.
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Bali Estate Hub. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Bali Estate Hub shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of third-party content, goods, or services.
Currently Free to Use
Bali Estate Hub is free for property searches and inquiries. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with appropriate notice.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We Are NOT Liable For:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bali Estate Hub from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Informal Resolution
Contact us at contact@baliestatehub.com and attempt to resolve informally for at least 30 days.
Mediation
If unresolved, parties agree to attempt mediation before arbitration.
Arbitration
Binding arbitration in Bali, Indonesia per Indonesian arbitration rules. Language: English or Indonesian.
Bali Estate Hub is NOT:
We are a technology platform connecting property seekers with agents. Any transaction you enter is solely between you and the other party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bali Estate Hub regarding your use of the Platform.
